This can a great habit for pregnancy, especially if you’re adding specific ingredients. This is a great way to help reduce swelling.
All you need are a few ingredients to make your own detoxing bath mix.
Relaxing Detox Bath Recipe:
1/4 Cup Sea Salt or Himalayan Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Epsom Salt
1/4 Cup Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
10 or so drops Essential Oils
Start by dissolving your salts and baking soda in a jar with hot water. Set that aside. Run your bath, add your apple cider vinegar, essential oil(s) of choice, and then add your salt water.
