Fast forward a couple of decades and some change, and here we are. We are no longer able to eat all the junk food of our youth without seeing horrible results. I love healthy foods. I love comfort foods. I love to snack. I love to snack on comfort foods. It’s just hard sometimes to bring the “healthy” together with “comfort”.
