Growing up as part of a missionary family in Uganda, East Africa, I have always had a desire to share Christ’s love through missions. Since I was young, I have also had a unique draw to caregiving and supporting people through life situations, and a tender love for little ones. When I encountered midwifery in high school, I quickly knew that this was what I was called to do. In 2017, I returned to the United States to attend Mercy in Action College of Midwifery and moved to Cleburne in 2018 to become an apprentice midwife at Edenway Birth Center. After I graduate, my desire is to serve as a midwife in a low-resource setting overseas.
As I continue my training, I remain captivated, not only with the breathtaking beauty of birth, but with the incredible opportunity to walk with families through one of the most transforming experiences of their lives. I look forward to serving you in whatever ways I can, and I am deeply honored to be part of this journey with you and your family!
Besides attending births, I also enjoy gardening, singing, acrylic painting, handwriting letters, drinking tea, and spending time with my church family.
